How to request a refund
Contact us at hello@teckuniq.com with your order or payment code and we will review your request. Approved refunds are issued through PayPal and returned to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days. You can also cancel a recurring management subscription at any time from your PayPal account.
Subscriptions and monthly plans
Monthly management subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew at the next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; you can also request a refund of your most recent payment within the 30-day window described above.
Work already delivered
For fixed-scope projects where substantial work has already been delivered and approved, we may agree a partial refund proportional to the remaining undelivered scope instead of a full refund. We will always discuss this with you openly before any decision.
